Nope, teenage boys don't like washing until they get into teenage girls then you won't get him out of the bathroom. Whenever my 18 year old stepson stays with us he never gets up until the afternoon - it mystifies me, but I don't think they see any point in getting up if they have nothing to do.

Ignore it, unless the smell gets so bad that you don't want him eating with you x

He sound's like a typical teenage boy to me!Wait till he gets a girlfriend and starts preening himself..He will start stinking the house out with aftershave! Only thing id be concerned about is that he seems a little withdrawn.. But he's probably also going through that 'leave me alone' stage too. xxx

Although it's kinda normal for teenage lads, I'd be a bit concerned that he's making himself so isolated. Depression? Unable or unwilling to be sociable with his peers? I feel your worry, MM ♥

I know plenty of teenage boys (and girls actually) who were much the same and have grown into happy well-adjusted members of society...

Nah, leave him he's a teenager. I'm with brokendownangel on this one. Hardly saw my daughter during her teenage years.

I'm with some of the others here - once a girl is in the picture you won't be able to get him out of the bathroom.

make the most of it thats what I say I know all us guys go through this stage but when the ladies come along we buck up our ideas and you wont be able to use the bathroom for hours on end while he preens himself for his latest girl
