Missing in action

I have been missing in action....it's not been meant it's just been a case of several teeny weeny emergencies!

Dog got taken to doggy hospital yesterday with a bad foot. He is now wearing a very attractive bright orange bandage on his rear paw after surgery to remove a large bit of wood from his pad! Bless him, he looks so sorry for himself not to mention silly with the bandage.

I don't know how the Federal Reserve feels right now what with all this bank stuff going on. I do know that my reserve is a bit smaller today after paying the vets bill last night

  Thank heavens yes but, we still have to pay the excess and that is now £80 per claim

    we have just found out our premium has gone up by about 30 per cent so we've decided to put the money on one side instead of handing it over to them!

      30% is a big increase!
      
      Sadly vets know that you pay the excess and then they can charge what they like. Our last vet was just soooo expensive but this new on is lovely and cheap.....hurrah!!!

Poor dog and poor you. Whenever I take Dog to the vet, I think 'praise be' (or something) for the NHS!

  We recently changed vets as the previous one seemed to be very money orientated. They were VERY expensive too.
  The new vet is lovely, very gentle but lovely
