Wow, what a windy day!
I took full advantage of the wind and hung out 2 machine loads of washing. It was dry in no time at all. Today has been a perfect drying day. I quickly put in my third load of the day and waited for it to be done. This load was the bed linen off our bed. We have a super king size bed so there is lots of bed linen when it comes to hanging out. When it was done I managed to get the pillow cases and bottom sheet hung out with no problems. The duvet cover was another story. As I was fighting with it there was an almighty gust of wind that blew the cover out of my hand and up the garden!
"Oh no!" were my first thoughts closely followed by "I'm gonna have to wash that again now" as I went to retrieve the cover from the side and roof of the shed! By time the sheet had washed again next door were having another of their barbies....needless to say I didn't hang it out to get smothered in the smell of cooking.
I hate that smell on my freshly laundered stuff soooooooo much!

I did even more washing today.....I am on a spring clean I think. The dogs blankets all got washed today. He won't be happy as they take him ages to get all dirty and how he likes them

I love the BBq smell, and I'd probably be the neighbour with it burning. Sorry
