Now Liz is my oldest and bestest friend in the whole wide world. We have known each other since the age of 11. We have seen each other through all sorts of stuff. Some good, some bad but we have always been there for each other no matter what. We went to school together worked together and even lived on the same road at one point.

Over the years as I have said we have had some good and bad times. We lost contact for a couple of years but picked up conversations as if it was yesterday we had last spoken. We speak or text most days with some tale that will make the other laugh and know that once we get on the phone we will be on it for about an hour and will laugh constantly during that phone call. Our lives seem to run in parallel in a very weird way.

We have had some seriously funny nights out and holidays together and can even add a famous actor to our tale of one night out in London. He chatted Liz up, she got so drunk that she threw up on his suede shoes. We took her home as she could hardly stand and she did it again, all down him this time....this story in full is hysterical. Every time we see this man on the telly now we call or text each other and scream with laughter at the memory!

Just recently I sorted out some photos of us on holiday many years ago and scanned and emailed those photos to her. She called me as soon as she got the email with "What the bloody hell did you let me wear those awful glasses for?". I told her that was the fashion at the time and she looked dead trendy...can't see what she was on about actually can you??

So what am I trying to say? I just want to say how lucky I am to have a friend like Liz :D I love her to bits!
