It's been an odd kinda day!
Today I was stuck in traffic twice. Once behind a George Galloway campaign bus in south London. Heaven only knows what he is campaigning about but I don't think the bubble machine at the back of the topless bus would have helped him. Perhaps a truck load of catnip may have?

Then I got stuck behind a loooong line of London Black Cabs taking under priviledged children out for the day. I was really given a warm feeling to see just how many cabbies had given up their day to take some kids out for a nice time. Sadly though some of the kids in the cabs had faces as long as kites. I am still puzzled about that though! They even had a police escort through Holborn and the traffic ground to a halt.

Why oh why do some drivers feel the need to toot their horns just because they get stuck in a tiny hold up?? It really is beyond me. It's like a few minutes will reallly make such a difference to them. C'mon folks, this is London remember?? The place where traffic grinds to a halt at any given time or place and for any reason. Get used to it!
